Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Sales Representative- New Installation in Birmingham, AL. The role focuses on bidding and securing new installation contracts while building strong relationships with customers, architects, and property managers.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree and 1-2 years of related sales experience in elevator or related industries, with ability to interpret architectural drawings and read blueprints.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related sales experience, elevator sales or industry experience.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and/or blueprint/drawings preferred.
• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevator strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Pre-bidding activities and presentations with design community.
• Generate territory leads and maintain market relationships.
• Explain elevator product lines to designers, architects, and property managers.
• Develop capital plans for customers addressing building needs.
• Collaborate with architects/contractors on pre-bid of new installation jobs.
• Prepare quotes and bid packages from project plans/specs.
• Review project schedules and site conditions for logistics.
• Present bids to customers and explain cost factors.
• Follow up on proposals with customers.
• Coordinate SOW with operations, contracts, and legal as needed.
• Generate submittal packages and change orders after acceptance.
• Visit project sites to ensure deadlines and needs are met.
• Maintain CRM pipeline updates.
• Assist in accounts receivable collection.
• Perform other duties as assigned
