Job summary

Schindler Group in Raleigh, NC is seeking a NI Sales Representative who identifies opportunities through key customer contacts to sell company products and services. You will learn preliminary design work with architects and general contractors, develop budgets and schedules, read plans, prepare estimates, bid proposals and deliver presentations to win the sale.

You will meet sales objectives, maintain client relationships, and communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum 2 years elevator industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales objectives and analyze customer needs to secure business.
• Develop negotiation strategies aligned with product strategy and customer requirements.
• Maintain favorable client relationships and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare estimates, bid proposals, and presentations to win the sale.
• Learn preliminary design work with architects and general contractors; develop budgets and schedules.
• Communicate necessary information to customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction and cost objectives.
