Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or a minimum of 2 years elevator industry experience.
• Experience in elevator industry preferred.
• Ability to develop budgets and schedules and read job plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed assigned sales objectives and analyze customer needs to secure business.
• Maintain favorable client relationships and resolve issues to customer satisfaction.
• Develop negotiating strategies with limited management oversight.
• Learn preliminary design work with architects and general contractors and prepare estimates and bid proposals.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to win the sale and support internal teams.
