Job summary

Otis Elevator Company in Austin, TX is seeking a New Equipment Project Manager to coordinate multiple installation projects from award to handover. You will drive on-schedule, on-budget execution while meeting safety standards and customer expectations.

Collaborate with sales, field operations, and regulators, provide regular progress updates to leadership, and manage billing, RFIs, and change orders to maximize cash flow.

Qualifications

• 2+ years elevator project management/construction experience.
• Familiarity with cost estimating, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft software in technical environments.
• Team-oriented and adaptable in dynamic settings.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in relevant field preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure flawless project execution on schedule and within budget.
• Meet safety, regulatory, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate contract activities from award to close.
• Collaborate with sales and field ops to align installation with scope.
• Provide updates to branch, regional, and senior leadership.
• Communicate with general contractors, owners, managers, architects.
