Job summary

Otis Elevator Company is seeking a highly motivated Modernization Sales Specialist in Chicago to promote innovative elevator modernization solutions. You will identify bid opportunities, respond with proposals, and negotiate with customers to win projects.

You will build relationships with clients, support capital planning for maintenance accounts, and provide expert technical guidance during project planning and execution. A strong sales background in a technical environment is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal/external stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win modernization projects: bid opportunities, respond with bid responses, create presentations, negotiate with customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Support managers in capital planning for maintenance clients.
