Job summary

TK Elevator in Nashville, TN seeks an experienced Sales Executive- Modernization to lead bids, secure modernization contracts, and build strong relationships with new and existing customers.

You will coordinate with architects, builders, and operations to ensure profitable modernization projects, develop capital plans, and drive branch revenue goals through effective selling of H-Power modernization offerings.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related sales experience, elevator sales or industry experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings preferred.
• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevator strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bid and secure modernization contracts and develop customer relationships.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and operations to prepare profitable bids.
• Develop capital plans for customers to address building needs.
• Present bids to customers, explaining cost factors and value.
• Use CRM to manage sales pipeline and follow up on proposals.
• Coordinate submittal packages and change orders as needed.
• Visit project sites and ensure deadlines are met.
