Job summary

TK Elevator in Nashville, TN seeks a Sr. Sales Manager for Service/Repair/Modernization to drive revenue and profit by leading the branch’s sales force across all three lines of business.

You will foster a culture of being the easiest to do business with, build strong customer relationships, and exceed sales goals. You will manage and develop the sales team, set goals in line with budgets, review performance, and coordinate with operations for strategic leads and labor estimates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of directly related sales experience in the elevator industry.
• Proven success in B2B field sales with experience selling services in a highly competitive market.
• Ability to guide direct reports through contract proposals and business correspondence.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions to improve profitability.
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch’s sales force across three lines of business to drive revenue and profit.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, consultants, and architects.
• Set and monitor sales goals; review performance and provide ongoing training.
• Oversee bidding strategies, approvals, and budgeting in line with corporate goals.
• Collaborate with operations for strategic leads and labor estimating.
• Promote a culture of safety and customer satisfaction across the branch.
