The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, strategic bid management, and collaboration with Operations and other departments to deliver on-time conversions and profitable bids.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 7+ years of directly related sales experience in the elevator industry.
• Proven success in B2B field sales with services in a competitive market.
• Ability to review and guide direct reports through contracts and business correspondence.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions and handle multiple variables.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch sales force across three lines of business to drive revenue and margins.
• Develop and manage sales goals, performance reviews, and training for reps.
• Foster relationships with key customers, consultants and architects.
• Collaborate with Operations for strategic leads and labor estimating.
• Oversee bidding strategies and ensure timely, approved bids.
