Urban Elevator Services California is seeking a Modernization and Repair Supervisor in Monrovia, CA to drive field project performance and safety. You will manage field staff, train employees, and coordinate materials while leading efficiency improvements and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Elevator industry experience or leadership of field technicians preferred.
• Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external customers.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities.
• Comfort in a technical environment using Microsoft-based software.
• Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead field operations for service/maintenance projects.
• Maintain project schedules and deadlines.
• Develop action plans addressing safety, callbacks, and technical support.
• Generate field leads and assist service sales in selling upgrades and repairs.
• Recommend changes in maintenance service documentation, methods, process, design, and delivery.
• Set budgets for material and labor within Otis guidelines and complete maintenance/repair within those budgets.
• Conduct field education training and maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform field safety audits and site inspections; develop site safety plans.
• Coordinate material deliveries and issue purchase orders.
• Forecast and schedule labor resources while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with coworkers, clients, and others contact with the job.
