Responsibilities

Lead and direct field operations for a large volume of non-contract repair and hydraulic elevator modernization.
Provide modernization sales support, route control, scheduling and quality assurance.
Maintain customer quality assurance with emphasis on safety, efficiency, and cost management.
Coordinate daily activities with branch project manager and collaborate with contractors, agencies, and developers.
Provide technical support and authorize change orders; promote safety at work.
