Job summary

TK Elevator, a world-leading innovator in vertical transportation, seeks a Project Manager- Modernization in New Haven, CT. You will coordinate purchasing, scheduling and delivery of materials for modernization projects to ensure timely, cost-efficient completion.

Responsibilities include setting up jobs, managing submittals and permits, maintaining detailed job records, issuing purchase orders and communicating with customers and stakeholders to secure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in elevator/construction industry.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing, scheduling and delivery of materials for modernization jobs.
• Set up new modernization jobs and change orders; manage submittal books.
• Maintain job files, issue purchase orders, track status and communications.
• Follow up with customers on schedules and scope; coordinate permits and OSHPD reviews.
• Ensure timely, productive and cost-efficient project execution.

Education
