TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Superintendent for New Installation/Modernization in Pensacola, FL. You will lead construction operations, manage elevator installations, modernization projects, and subcontractors while upholding safety and budget targets.

Responsibilities include supervising field staff, planning manpower, reviewing project status, and coordinating with owners and engineers to ensure timely, profitable project completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or two years of branch-level management experience or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all construction field employees with direction, training, and performance reviews.
• Oversee safety program, conduct audits, and emphasize safety across teams.
• Plan and direct elevator installations, manage manpower and scheduling tools.
• Review job status using accounting reports to identify risks and opportunities.
• Manage sites from survey to completion of construction and modernization.
• Coordinate subcontractors on turnkey projects and monitor performance.
• Maintain relationships with owners, contractors, consultants, and architects.
• Approve change orders, purchase orders, turnover authorizations, and credits.
