Job summary

Lift Solutions seeks a motivated Territory Sales Manager for the Elevator Industry in the Chicago area to grow market share in the Midwest. You will target elevator contractors and modernization providers, promoting hoist ropes, wire rope, and related rigging products, while building long-term partnerships.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in outside sales, strong relationship skills, and a technical aptitude to discuss product specs and safety standards. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in B2B or industrial markets.
• Experience selling into the elevator industry preferred.
• Established relationships with elevator contractors or modernization providers are a plus.
• Proficient in CRM and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to grow Lift Solutions' presence in the elevator market.
• Identify and pursue new business with elevator contractors, maintenance providers, and modernization firms.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and develop long-term partnerships.
• Promote elevator-specific products including hoist ropes, wire rope, and related rigging products.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide sales forecasts and activity reports.
