Job summary

Lift Solutions is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Elevator Industry in the Chicago, IL area. You will drive growth in the Midwest by targeting elevator contractors, maintenance providers, and modernization firms, selling hoist ropes, wire rope, and related rigging products.

The role requires strong outside sales experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify opportunities within the elevator market while delivering knowledgeable, customer-focused

Qualifications

3–5 years of proven outside sales experience, preferably in B2B or industrial sales.
Experience selling into elevator industry or related components is strongly preferred.
Established relationships with elevator contractors or modernization providers are a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute territory sales strategies to expand Lift Solutions' presence in the elevator industry.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with elevator contractors, installation and maintenance providers.
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers while developing new accounts.
Promote and sell elevator-specific products and related rigging accessories.
Travel within the Midwest for field visits, presentations, and client meetings.
Maintain accurate records of opportunities and activities in the CRM system.
