Job summary

Lift Solutions is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager – Elevator Industry in Chicago, IL, to expand our Midwest elevator market presence, develop new business opportunities, and build lasting relationships with elevator contractors and service providers.

The role requires 3–5 years of outside sales experience in B2B or industrial settings, with a strong understanding of elevator components and safety standards. Travel within the Midwest will be needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven outside sales experience, preferably in B2B or industrial sales.
• Experience selling into elevator industry is strongly preferred.
• CRM experience and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to expand Lift Solutions' presence in the elevator industry and increase Midwest market share.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with elevator contractors, installation, maintenance, modernization providers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while developing new accounts and long-term partnerships.
• Promote and sell elevator-specific products including elevator hoist ropes, wire rope, and related rigging products.
• Identify opportunities for rope replacement, modernization projects, new installations, and maintenance requirements.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals with a focus on profitable territory growth.
