• Pursue elevator and escalator service, maintenance, repair, and upgrade sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to promote retention and satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed sales objectives and negotiate favorable contract terms.
• Prepare estimates and assist architects/developers with product applications and data.
• Maintain customer information files and communicate required details to internal teams.
• Manage accounts receivable for assigned customers and address complaints.
