Manhatta, perched sixty stories above Lower Manhattan, seeks a skilled Sommelier to elevate our wine program and guest experience. You will partner with the Beverage Director to curate selections, guide guests, and lead staff education in wine, beer, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a sommelier or wine service professional.
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Fluency in English; additional languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality.
• Partner with Beverage Director to craft and maintain an enticing wine program.
• Guide guests with wine and beverage selections to enhance their experience.
• Educate service staff on wine, beer, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options.
• Deliver a financially responsible wine program aligned with restaurant revenue.
• Demonstrate flexibility across service roles and a willingness to learn.
• Take on additional duties to support team objectives.
