Manhatta, perched in Lower Manhattan, seeks a Sommelier to lead and refine our wine program, enhance guest experiences, and collaborate with the Beverage Director. You will guide guests on selections and educate the team to elevate service and beverage knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a Sommelier or wine service role.
• Strong knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• English fluency; additional languages preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support Enlightened Hospitality culture and elevate guest wine experiences.
• Partner with Beverage Director to maintain an enticing wine program.
• Provide guidance and recommendations on wine and beverage selections.
• Educate service team on wine, spirits, and related beverages.
• Maintain a financially responsible wine program aligned with revenue goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility across service positions and learn continually.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support team objectives.
