Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity.

Responsibilities

• Educate members and guests on menu items and allergens.
• Enter orders into the POS accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with FOH/BOH teams to ensure seamless service.
• Provide elevated service and drive sales through menu knowledge.
• Complete pre-service and post-service duties and maintain standards.
• Adhere to health, safety, and company policies consistently.
• Assist with expo and service bar tickets as needed.
• Maintain server alley and stock levels; keep areas clean.
