Soho House in West Hollywood, CA is seeking a Server to educate members on menu items and allergies while delivering an elevated service. The Server collaborates with Front and Back of House, and accurately entering orders into the POS.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and remains calm under pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable and customer-focused.
• Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with coworkers and management; complete checklists on trained processes.
• Elevate the dining experience with food and drink pairings and discuss specials to drive sales.
• Inform Management and Executive Chef about allergies or red flags to mitigate risk.
• Complete end-of-shift checkout reports with management approval.
• Adhere to health, safety, and company policies and local laws.
• Ensure courses are plated and served correctly to members/guests.
• Support runners and bussers with expo and service bar tickets.
• Stock and maintain server alley and bar area; polish silverware and glassware.
• Know the menu to confidently make recommendations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
