Soho House in Miami seeks a Server to understand and educate members on the menu, allergies, and specials while delivering an elevated experience. You will enter orders into the POS, support FOH/BOH, and maintain outstanding guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments with calm problem solving.
• Hospitable, approachable and customer-service oriented.
• Demonstrates training schedule competencies and club School standards.
• Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays; team-based and autonomous work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with coworkers and management.
• Elevate the dining experience with food and drink pairing options and discuss specials.
• Communicate allergies or risks to management and chef to mitigate issues.
• Complete end-of-shift checkout reports; have them signed by management.
• Adhere to health, safety, and company policies and local laws.
• Ensure courses are plated and served correctly.
• Assist runners and bussers with expo and service bar tickets.
• Stock server alley and bar area; polish silverware and glassware.
• Know the menu to suggest items to members/guests; perform other duties as assigned.
