Soho House is seeking a Server to educate members and guests on menu items and allergies, delivering an elevated experience following Soho House Service Standards. You will collaborate with FOH/BOH teams, enter orders accurately into the POS, and support guest requests throughout service.

The role emphasizes maintaining a positive attitude, attention to detail, and flexibility under pressure, with duties spanning pre/post-service and ongoing guest engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and maintain calm under pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service.
• Able to follow training and Club School schedules.
• Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop professional relationships with coworkers and management and complete training checklists.
• Elevate dining experience by discussing specials and pairing options to drive sales.
• Advise on allergies or red flags to reduce risk during service.
• Complete end-of-shift reports and have them reviewed by management.
• Comply with health, safety, and company policies and local laws.
• Ensure orders are plated and served correctly to members/guests.
