Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar server role.
• Ability to discuss menu items and allergies clearly.
• Friendly, hospitable and customer-focused.
• Knowledge of Soho House Service Standards.
• Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with coworkers and management.
• Elevate dining experience with food and drink pairing options and drive sales.
• Communicate allergies or red flags to management and chef.
• Complete end-of-shift check out reports.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and company standards.
• Ensure orders are plated and served correctly.
• Assist runners and bussers with tickets.
• Maintain server alley and bar area, polish ware.
• Know the menu and make recommendations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
