Soho House is seeking a Server to understand, educate members and guests on menu items and allergies, while delivering an elevated service standard. You will enter orders in the POS, collaborate with FOH/BOH, and maintain a proactive, guest-focused attitude during service.

With duties spanning pre/post-service tasks, you will build relationships with coworkers and guests, upsell specials, and ensure safety and compliance in a fast-paced club environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2+ years' experience in similar capacity.
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and maintain calm under pressure.
• Must be hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service and respectful towards colleagues and guests.
• Must be able to demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule and Club School.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to take direction, work in a team environment and autonomously.
• Tips certified and POS knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with coworkers and management.
• Elevate the dining experience with food and drink pairing options and discuss specials to drive sales.
• Advise Management and Executive Chef on allergies or risk factors.
• Complete all checkout reports and have them signed by management.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and applicable laws.
• Ensure orders are plated and served correctly to members/guests.
• Assist runners and bussers with expo and service bar tickets.
• Clean and stock server alley and bar area; polish silverware, plates and glassware.
• Knowledge of the menu and ability to make suggestions to members/guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
