Job summary

Soho House & Co is seeking a Server/Bartender to educate members on menu items, manage allergies, and deliver elevated service across FOH/BOH. The role spans both server and bartending duties with a focus on accurate order entry and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include upselling with wine and cocktail pairings, maintaining a clean bar and dining area, and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely, high-quality plating and service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Capable of thriving in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Hospitable, approachable and customer-service oriented.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Able to take direction and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with coworkers and management and complete checklists.
• Elevate the dining experience with food and drink pairings; discuss specials to drive sales.
• Enter orders into POS accurately and ensure proper billing.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and Soho House Standards.
• Assist barbacks and runners; support service bar tickets and expo.
• Educate guests about beverage options and daily specials.
