Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably luxury or multi-label.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Experience with POS and inventory systems, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and provide friendly customer service.
• Assess customer needs and build client relationships.
• Process POS transactions including returns, gift cards, and wrapping.
• Maintain store displays and assist with stock transfers.
• Support store events and encourage rewards program engagement.
• Provide daily business recaps and feedback to management.
• Ensure loss prevention and asset security.
