Job summary

Responsibilities include POS transactions, exchanges, refunds, and gift services; maintain displays, assist with stock transfers, and participate in events. Must be able to lift 20 pounds and work weekends/holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail sales experience, women’s upper contemporary, multi-label or luxury designer preferred.
• Can-do attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.
• Willingness to work during peak periods—weekends and holidays.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with POS and Inventory Management systems, Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and provide friendly, welcoming customer service.
• Communicate with customers to determine their needs.
• Build relationships with clients and maintain an updated client book.
• Drive sales through consignments and partnerships with interior designers and wardrobe stylists.
• Handle all POS transactions including purchases, exchanges, refunds, gift cards, and gift wrap.
• Participate in store operations: maintain displays, stock transfers, and receiving new merchandise.
• Attend store events and encourage sign-ups for Jenni Kayne Rewards and social media engagement.
• Share feedback with management and write daily business recaps.
• Secure company assets through loss prevention in line with policies.
