Signature Aviation in Goleta, CA, seeks a Guest Experience Specialist who welcomes guests and crew with professionalism, coordinating services and ensuring a smooth visit. The role requires hospitality excellence and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in indoor and outdoor settings near aircraft.

You will greet guests, process transactions, arrange concierge services, and support the Airside Experience team to ensure an exceptional private aviation experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer experience in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass company background checks and airport requirements.
• Must be legally authorized to work.
• Must be able to drive manual or automatic transmissions (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and crews, escort to entrance, aircraft, or vehicles.
• Collaborate with team members and other visitors to handle services professionally.
• Process guest purchases and fuel transactions per procedures; assist with some accounting tasks.
• Provide concierge services: hotel, transportation, catering, and customs appointments.
• Manage inquiries, resolve requests, and address concerns efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of Signature’s facilities, services, and local information.
• Coordinate with Airside Experience team to ensure seamless service for departing/arriving aircraft.
• Stock and maintain amenities, keep lobby and restrooms clean and presentable.
• Promote and sell Signature services and products to passengers and crew.
• Assist crews/guests with luggage and transport between facility and nearby locations.
