POSITION SUMMARY:
The Training Specialist is responsible for training new and existing Personal Injury Litigation employees on firm systems, office software applications, and departmental processes. This includes Microsoft Office, Filevine, e-filing platforms, and other litigation-support tools. The Training Specialist will develop and deliver training programs, monitor employee progress, and provide individualized support as needed.
Additionally, the Training Specialist will review, audit, and verify case file data and documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with firm standards. This role requires strong litigation knowledge, a high attention to detail, and the ability to coach teams on best practices across the life of a PI case (pre-litigation through trial preparation).
