ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education in Illinois seeks a Special Education Teacher for elementary students. You will design personalized learning experiences within a learning center and classrooms, delivering targeted instruction aligned to state standards and IEP goals.

You will collaborate with staff and families, create engaging lesson plans, track progress, manage a busy caseload, and support PBIS and inclusive practices across settings.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• IL Professional Educator Credential (PEL) or in process.
• IL Learning Behavior Specialist (LBS1) credential or in process.
• Crisis management training certification.
• Experience with IEPs, differentiation, and alternative education settings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead instructional process for Elementary students with IEPs.
• Deliver differentiated instruction in a co-teaching environment.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Prepare detailed lesson plans aligned to standards.
