Job summary

Paycom seeks an Elementary Registrar to support three schools in Colorado Springs. You will enroll students, maintain records, and ensure FERPA-compliant processes. The role handles inquiries, data entry, and coordination for parent meetings and testing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to quickly learn various web-based software programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently under limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via telephones and emails.
• Data entry for student enrollment and wait list management.
• Ensure FERPA-compliant registration and records maintenance.
• Maintain and archive student records (including sensitive data).
• Manage Infinite Campus data and assist with reporting needs.
• Prepare meeting minutes and coordinate parent information sessions.
• Assist with scheduling, testing, and school communications.
• Process information requests from parents and other districts.
