Responsibilities

• Enroll and register students; maintain records and ensure FERPA compliance.
• Data entry for student enrollment; maintain wait lists; manage data in Infinite Campus.
• Provide excellent customer service via phones/emails; greet parents in the office.
• Scrub and archive student records; support state/federal reporting and data collection.
• Create and maintain meeting minutes/spreadsheets; coordinate parent information meetings and testing; assist with schedule changes and withdrawals.
