Job summary

LifeWise Academy in Ohio (Sylvania) is seeking a part-time teacher to share the gospel in a classroom setting for public school students. The role combines biblically based instruction with engaging teaching.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of classroom teaching experience in school or church settings.
• Active personal Christian faith aligned with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• Active participation in a local church whose doctrine aligns with LifeWise beliefs.

Responsibilities

• Complete Initial and Ongoing Training, including LifeWise Teacher Certification within 30 days of start.
• Teach LifeWise Classes using the LifeWise curriculum and map out lesson plans.
• Maintain attendance, rosters, and health notes; prepare materials for substitutes as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom; manage emergencies and supplies.
