Job summary

LifeWise Academy in Ohio is seeking a part-time teacher to share the gospel in classrooms, integrating Bible knowledge with engaging instruction for both churched and unchurched students.

The ideal candidate is an active church participant with strong communication and classroom management skills, committed to LifeWise beliefs, and ready to engage families and schools through relational teaching.

Qualifications

• Two years of classroom teaching experience in a school or church setting.
• Active participation in a local church whose doctrine aligns with LifeWise beliefs.
• Mature personal Christian faith and agreement with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.

Responsibilities

• Complete LifeWise Teacher Certification within 30 days of start date.
• Teach LifeWise classes using LifeWise curriculum and map lesson plans.
• Build relationships with students and pray for them regularly.
• Maintain attendance records and class rosters as needed.
• Maintain a clean, well-ordered classroom and manage emergencies.
• Communicate with school personnel and promote LifeWise mission in duties.
