Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a part-time LifeWise teacher to share gospel-centered instruction with public school students in a classroom setting. Qualifications

• Two years of classroom teaching experience in a school or church setting.
• Mature Christian faith in agreement with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• Active participation in a local church whose doctrine aligns with LifeWise Academy’s beliefs.

Responsibilities

• Complete Initial and Ongoing Training and LifeWise Teacher Certification within 30 days of start date.
• Teach LifeWise Classes using the LifeWise curriculum and customize as needed.
• Maintain attendance, rosters, and health notes; prepare substitute materials as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom and manage emergencies and supplies.
• Communicate with school personnel, volunteers, and the program director; promote LifeWise’s mission.
