LifeWise Academy is seeking a part-time LifeWise teacher to share the gospel in public school classrooms. You will use the LifeWise curriculum, connect with students, and participate in ongoing training. The position emphasizes relationship-building with students, volunteers, and school personnel, with a focus on redemptive classroom management and program adherence.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of classroom teaching experience in a school or church setting.
• Active participation in and commitment to a local church whose doctrine aligns with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• Mature personal Christian faith in agreement with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete Initial and Ongoing Training.
• Teach LifeWise Classes using the LifeWise curriculum and map out curriculum customization.
• Invest in connecting with students, build relationships and pray for them.
• Maintain an organized, engaging classroom environment and apply LifeWise policies.
