Job summary

Biltmore is seeking a Host to warmly greet guests, escort them to tables, present menus, and support the dining room to ensure smooth service across all sections. You will handle reservations (OpenTable experience helpful), maintain the reservation book, answer calls, and communicate VIP requests while upholding Biltmore standards and hospitality.

This role requires weekend and holiday availability, flexible shifts from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm, and a commitment to excellent guest care in a fine

Qualifications

• Previous guest service experience required, preferably front of house in fine dining.
• Fluency in English and basic math with cash handling ability.
• Familiarity with reservations software; OpenTable helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to tables, maintain seating flow by section.
• Answer telephone, take reservations, and manage the reservation book.
• Monitor guests' needs and support the department and leadership as required.
• Assist in preparing the restaurant for service and maintain room cleanliness.
• Communicate VIP arrivals and special requests to designated personnel.
• Provide general assistance across the department and company.
