Job summary

Biltmore is seeking a part-time Host to greet guests, seat patrons, and maintain the restaurant flow per Biltmore standards. The role includes assisting with reservations, answering the phone, and supporting the dining room team.

Ideal candidates have strong guest service experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced upscale setting. Weekend availability is required and shifts span 10:00am–10:00pm.

Qualifications

• Prior guest service experience preferred.
• Experience in upscale full-service restaurant preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash and credit transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, escort to tables, and present menus.
• Maintain flow of seating by section and assist in seating.
• Answer phone, take reservations, and manage reservation book.
• Support department leadership and maintain cleanliness of the room.
