Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sourcing Manager (Launch Vehicle Electronics Systems) to lead category strategies for PCB, PCBA, components, and instrumentation. You will develop domestic and international supplier bases, drive cost-reduction projects, and work with engineering on manufacturability and BOMs.

Your role involves RFx processes, KPI definition with suppliers, and ensuring supply continuity for prototypes through production ramps, in a fast-paced aerospace environment in Hawthorne, CA.

Qualifications

• Develop and implement electronics category sourcing strategies (PCB, PCBA, components, instrumentation).
• Build and manage domestic and international supplier bases with compliance.
• Lead cost-reduction projects including pricing, tooling, and obsolescence.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute supplier strategies for electronics categories.
• Negotiate contracts to protect SpaceX interests and secure supply.
• Collaborate with engineering on manufacturability and BOMs.
