Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Global Supply Manager for PCB/PCBA (Starship Electronics) in Hawthorne, CA. You will lead sourcing, contracting, and supplier performance to drive significant cost savings and risk reduction within a fast-paced aerospace supply chain.

As part of SpaceX’s Global Supply Chain team, you will design strategic models, partner with stakeholders, and manage aggressive cost-reduction initiatives while ensuring compliance and top-tier supplier performance across critical programs.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree with 4+ years of experience in engineering, purchasing, contract negotiation, or supply chain management.
• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience in one or more listed areas or 10+ years in related fields.
• APICS certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally; onsite in Hawthorne, CA.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies to minimize risk and achieve cost savings.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders to design strategic sourcing models.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and competitive analyses.
• Lead cost optimization initiatives and streamline processes to reduce waste.
