Job summary

Testco, a PEI-Genesis company, is expanding and seeks a self-motivated Regional Field Sales Representative to drive growth in Southern California, Arizona, and New Mexico. You will perform sales-building activities, profile accounts, generate sales from existing customers, and develop new customers through demand creation and product training.

The role requires 3–5 years of electronic components sales experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with CRM/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of sales experience in electronic components.
• Experience in electro-mechanical and display areas desirable.
• Willingness to work with internal CRM/ERP system.
• Strong ability to close business and meet budgets and KPIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication within and outside the company.

Responsibilities

• Profiling accounts to maximize sales and Demand creation opportunities.
• Sales generation from existing customers.
• Developing new customers.
• Demand creation through design-in and product training.
• Relationship building with customers, suppliers and Manufacturer Representatives.
