Role Description

This full-time, on-site Field Sales Engineer role is based in Scottsdale, AZ. The Field Sales Engineer will manage and grow accounts by promoting represented semiconductor, electro-mechanical, and peripheral products to OEMs and other technology manufacturers. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting technical product presentations, supporting design-in activities, and collaborating with engineering and purchasing teams at customer sites. The role involves regular customer visits, pipeline management, forecasting, and coordination with internal sales management and principals to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth. The Field Sales Engineer will maintain accurate CRM records, participate in training on new technologies, and provide feedback on market trends and competitive activity. Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and explain related electronic applications
