Job summary

PEI-Genesis is seeking a Territory Development Representative to drive sales across an assigned customer base in a fully remote role covering the New England territory. The role demands data-driven decision making, strategic planning, and consultative selling to grow OEM and cable assembly targets.

Candidates should have 3+ years of customer-facing experience, inside sales or field sales background, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years customer-facing experience required.
• Inside sales and/or field sales experience preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual budget targets while developing a high-potential customer portfolio.
• Promote PEI’s values and focus on teamwork and ethical behavior.
• Use NetSuite CRM as the primary sales tool to track activity and growth targets.
• Develop product knowledge to act as a technical advisor within the territory.
• Collaborate with Finance and Product Management to grow accounts.
