Job summary

Rutronik Electronics Worldwide invites a sales professional to develop and manage a defined customer portfolio, aiming to hit sales, margin, and design-in targets. You will cultivate long-term customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and provide technical and commercial support to translate application needs into suitable solutions.

You will coordinate quotes, samples, and deliveries while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a comparable technical field; or relevant technical sales experience
• Professional experience in field sales, technical sales, account management, or application-oriented customer support
• Ideally experience with electronic components, semiconductor distribution, or another technically driven B2B environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a defined customer portfolio to achieve sales, margin, and design-in targets
• Build long‑term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities across Rutronik’s electronic components portfolio
• Provide technical and commercial support to customers and translate application requirements into suitable product solutions
• Plan and conduct customer visits, product presentations, negotiations, and follow‑up activities throughout the sales process
• Coordinate quotations, samples, projects, delivery topics, and customer requirements together with internal specialist teams
• Work closely with Internal Sales, Product Marketing, Field Application Engineering, Material Management, Supply Chain, and Quality Management
