Job summary

Heilind Electronics GmbH is seeking a Field Sales Engineer to drive growth across southern and south-eastern Poland, building strong customer relationships and delivering hands-on technical support at customer sites. This role blends field sales, technical consulting, and account management to identify opportunities, structure deals, and coordinate with design teams to convert demand into revenue.

Qualifications

Bachelor level education in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or similar.
Strong commercial judgment and ability to manage complex sales cycles.
Hands-on, proactive, independent, customer-oriented mindset.
Good command of English and proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Take full responsibility for the assigned sales territory, including account planning and pipeline management.
Maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing customers while acquiring new ones.
Identify and structure new business opportunities; support design activity and revenue conversion.
Provide market and customer intelligence and translate it into focused actions.
Prepare and submit reports on defined KPIs to the manager.
Lead commercial discussions (pricing, terms) and ensure follow-up and execution.
Plan and coordinate activities in local projects or workstreams with management.
