Job summary

Future Electronics seeks a Field Application Engineer to provide comprehensive technical support for customer circuit design and system development. You will join a team delivering training, seminars, and workshops to enable successful demand creation and revenue growth across our region.

You will guide customers through design and debugging phases, share new technology with sales teams, and document activities via CRM to drive collaborative success with regional leadership.

Qualifications

• BSEE/BS in Electrical Engineering required; MSEE preferred.
• 5–8 years of embedded system design experience in two of the listed technologies.
• Experience with MCU/MPU hardware and firmware design is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive technical support for customer circuit design and system development.
• Offer design guidance and troubleshooting throughout the customer development phases.
• Deliver training on new technology to sales teams to increase efficiency and ROI for demand creation.
• Execute programs to strengthen customer and manufacturer relationships.
• Provide supplier support via seminars and training initiatives, technical sales, and marketing programs.
• Document customer activity through CRM entries.
