This role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development to tailor solutions, deliver demonstrations, and support product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field with at least 2 years in pre- and post-sales technical support, or 6 years with a HS Diploma/GED.
• 3–5 years of experience in Defense technology, EW, SIGINT, ISR, RF sensing, or adjacent domains.
• Proficiency with radio frequency instruments such as signal generators and spectrum analyzers.
• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites.
• Security Clearance: Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen for government contracts.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support including system planning and training.
• Become an expert on Silvus sensing products and its advantages over competing tech.
• Prepare and conduct product demonstrations for customer visits and equipment evaluations.
• Visit customer sites to provide technical support and training.
• Troubleshoot field failures and coordinate with development team.
• Help drive future product development and allocate resources for sales activities.
