Silvus Technologies, a leading provider of advanced MANET and MIMO communications systems, seeks a Sales Engineer - Department of War (DoW) to partner with Sales, Marketing and Business Development, delivering tailored solutions.

You will demonstrate our multi-antenna radios, support demonstrations, and influence product development while traveling up to 50% of the time; 100% remote work is possible depending on location.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years in pre- and post-sales technical support.
• Proficiency with RF instruments such as signal generators and spectrum analyzers.
• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites.
• Security clearance: active U.S. SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.
• U.S. citizenship due to government contracts.

Aufgaben

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support including system planning and training.
• Demonstrate Silvus' radio and mesh networking solutions to customers.
• Visit sites for demonstrations, support, and training delivery.
• Troubleshoot field issues and provide feedback to development.
• Collaborate with design engineers on problem reproduction and fixes.
• Travel up to 50% for meetings, events and demos.
