Job summary

Silvus is seeking a Sales Engineer - Department of War (DoW) to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams, delivering tailored solutions for defense, public safety, and enterprise customers. You will participate in technical sales, demonstrations, and support for Silvus' multi-antenna MIMO radios and mesh networking solutions, with up to 50% travel.

This role reports to the Director of Sales Engineering; remote work is possible depending on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; or 6+ years pre/post-sales experience with HS diploma.
• Experience with RF instruments like signal generators and spectrum analyzers.
• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites.
• U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.
• U.S. citizenship required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support and training.
• Deliver product demonstrations and customer visits.
• Travel for meetings, events, and demonstrations (up to 50%).
• Assist in product development feedback and field troubleshooting.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, and BD teams to tailor solutions.
