Job summary

Silvus Technologies seeks a Sales Engineer - Department of War to support pre- and post-sales activities for DoW customers. You will demonstrate, tailor, and support multi-antenna MIMO radios and mesh solutions, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development.

The role requires travel up to 50% and an entrepreneurial technologist mindset. Remote work may be possible depending on location, with reporting to the Sales Engineering Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, with 2+ years pre/post-sales experience.
• Proficiency with RF instruments such as signal generators and spectrum analyzers.
• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites.
• Security Clearance: Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one within 15 months.
• US Citizenship required due to government contracts.
• Background check and drug test clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support including system planning and training.
• Conduct product demonstrations for customer visits and equipment evaluations.
• Visit customer sites to deliver technical support and training.
• Troubleshoot field failures and assist development teams.
• Contribute to future product development and resource allocation.
• Travel up to 50% for meetings, events, and demonstrations.
